2. AI Processing

No personally identifiable information (PII) is processed by our AI features. Our AI only analyzes publicly available app store review data (such as star ratings and review text already published on the Apple App Store or Google Play) to generate sentiment summaries and feature suggestions. It does not process account credentials, private messages, or other personal data.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain BuildBarber, respond to support requests, communicate service updates, and improve our features.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We may share information with service providers (such as our hosting and email delivery providers) solely to operate BuildBarber, and where required by law.

We retain account and app data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
