These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BuildBarber, a product operated by DC Labs ("DC Labs", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using BuildBarber, you agree to these Terms.
BuildBarber helps app developers collect feedback, manage feature roadmaps, and coordinate release testing. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to BuildBarber (features, reviews, comments, and related data). You grant DC Labs a license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Some plans are billed on a recurring basis. Prices and included features are shown on the Price Plans page and may change with notice. Private preview plans are provided free of charge until marked Generally Available, at which point standard billing terms apply if you choose to continue.
You may stop using BuildBarber at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
BuildBarber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BuildBarber after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
